There are numerous roads leading to a number of old mining sites.
They may be accessed by riding your ATV from your campsite in the RV Park.

Visit the RV Office and view the ATV riding areas of interest or visit
Google Earth for terrain viewing of Sunrise Valley RVpark and surrounding area.

The Nevada Atlas is on sale at the RV office or bring maps for visiting some very
beautiful scenery and enjoy riding in the higher elevations.

Our sites are long and wide and can accommodate your RV, transport trailer, etc
with room to park your ATVs when not in use.

HERE'S WHAT ATV ENTHUSITS ARE SAYING ABOUT US

Mina is a great place to ride. There is a RV campground called Sunrise Valley at the south end of town.
They have full hook-ups and some tent sites, showers, laundry for about 30 dollars.
You can ride your ATVs right from camp in all directions. There are great mining camps, views, lots of
springs in this area. You really can put on the miles or just a few and see the sights.

My son and I last year rode from camp to the Elbow, which is near Brideport, Cal.
This turned out to be a 155 miles in one day. What an awesome ride, over three mountain passes,
through farmland, some snow, pinion pines, water crossing, rattlesnake canyon, and back to
camp for a hot shower.

Please add this great place to your riding list.
Mina is on HWY 95 34 miles south of Hawthorne. You won't regret it. Great riding all
months except the hot months of July and August, unless you like the 90's . . .

Ride safe. . . Steve
